Duties

  • Implement design improvements to existing MWD tools
  • Create and perform Solidworks models, drawings, and assemblies for our downhole MWD and LWD tools
  • Design test fixtures and assist production
  • Calculate loading for downhole and surface tools to determine factors of safety
  • Research part specifications, material specifications, and other data
  • Document bills of materials and other specifications in the company database
  • Understand drafting and documentation standards, and write assembly procedures

Desired Skills

  • Mechanical Bachelor Degree needed
  • Expert in Solidworks 2020 software
  • Experience in MWD industry for minimum 2 years,
  • Knowledge of ASME drafting standards
  • Able to design parts and fixtures based on requirements without examples
  • Able to perform common stress and strain analyses
  • Experience on writing detailed test plans and test reports
  • U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in US.

Duties

  • Provide professional administrative and logistical support.
  • Navigate QuickBooks system for accounting and logistic purposes.
  • Be a self-starter with excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Perform inventory related tasks, ie. Counting, pulling work orders, serial number tracking.
  • Be a team player who is skilled in verbal and written communications and consistently practices attention to detail.

Desired Skills

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Good communication skills, must be fluent in English and able to write with correct grammar.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in US.

Duties

  • Assembly, repair and troubleshooting of instruments and electronic circuits used in our MWD systems.
  • Perform routine installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of MWD instruments. Repair and maintenance experience preferred on the computers, MWD surface systems etc.
  • Assist Engineers to complete prototypes, electronic and mechanical. i.e. soldering and blue-wire modifications.
  • Setting up and using test fixtures to verify product quality per test plans and recording results on test reports.
  • Utilize various Microsoft based industrial and commercial software and have the versatility to learn new software systems.
  • Other duties as required

Desired Skills

  • Associates Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering Technology required, BSEE preferred.
  • Ability to understand electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Good communications and team player
  • Good soldering and assembly skills.
  • U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in US.

Duties

  • Hands on MWD Pulser and Mechanical Assembler with machine wiring and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Assembling various mechanical chassis products and sub-assemblies by following schematics, diagrams, and written or verbal instructions to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects:
  • Perform routine installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of MWD instruments. Repair and maintenance experience preferred on the computers, MWD surface systems etc.
  • Assist Engineering to complete prototypes, electronic and mechanical modifications.
  • Setting up and using test fixtures to verify product quality per test plans and recording results on test reports.
  • Utilize various Microsoft based industrial and commercial software and have the versatility to learn new software systems.

  • Associates Degree in mechanical design is preferred.
